We the Muslims formally believe that the disasters of Katrina are the wrath of Allah (swt) on America for the crimes committed against innocent Afghan & Iraqi Muslims. Katrina is a call from Allah (swt) to wake up and realize the pain, the suffering, the agony, the lost of loved ones, and the economical devastation inflected on Muslims in Afghanistan & Iraq.

"And We sent not the signs except to warn" [Al-Quran, al-Israa' 17:59]

It is not too late to bring your sons & daughters back who are inflicting oppression on others. In the name of fighting terrorism they are killing innocent Muslims, destroying their livelihood, the infrastructure of society and imposing evil imperialistic ideology of Capitalism & Democracy. The concepts of Democracy and Capitalism are ruthlessly forced with American & British military (Air, Navy, Marine) and the Muslims of Aghanistan & Iraq are slaughtered as a result. When a nation supports such oppression the Creator sends his punishment as stated in the Quran:

"Evil (sins and disobedience of Allah, etc.) has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and evil deeds, etc.), that Allah may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah, and begging His Pardon)." [Al-Quran Al-Room, 30:41]

Like during the time of Noah & Lot when the societies supported and practiced evil they were punished:

"So We punished each (of them) for his sins, of them were some on whom We sent Haasib (a violent wind with shower of stones) [as on the people of Loot (Lot)], and of them were some who were overtaken by As-Sayhah [torment - awful cry, (as Thamood or Shu'ayb's people)], and of them were some whom We caused the earth to swallow [as Qaaroon (Korah)], and of them were some whom We drowned [as the people of Nooh (Noah), or Fir'awn (Pharaoh) and his people]. It was not Allah Who wronged them, but they wronged themselves" [Al-Quran, al-'Ankaboot 29:40]

If you call what the Afghan & Iraqi Muslims are going through is freedom, then what you're going through as a result of Katrina should also be called freedom (from Allah (swt)). It is time to call upon this terrorist war monger junta regime to bring back your sons & daughters.

"Have they not seen how many generations before them We have destroyed whom We had established on the earth such as We have not established you? And We poured out on them rain from the sky in abundance, and made the rivers flow under them. Yet We destroyed them for their sins, and created after them other generations." [Al-Quran, Al-Anaam 6:6]

Also a special note to Muslims who are trying to SUCK UP to the Kufaar:

We want to ask you, ISNA, ICNA, CAIR and other organization asking for donations and help for Katrina relief: Where were you when man-made disaster fell on Fallujah in which an entire city was demolished to rubble. Around 50,000 people were killed that included infants, little children, women and old and sick in the hospital and 200,000 people were evicted to desert tents. Are you saying that American lives are more important than Iraqi lives? We saw on the TV one woman moaning and crying for her dog who died in the hurricane. Did she cry when thousands of babies and women died in Iraq by a man-made disasters? Did the American media cover Iraq's man-made disaster even 1% of the coverage Katrina is getting? Please answer and put these questions to the organizations of Muslim Americans. What did they send to Fallujah for relief?

We are not against sending help to the people in misery irrespective of faith, race or origin. But our question is, why not to help the Muslims in misery especially those whose misery was created by the American bombs. A Muslims life takes priority over a non-Muslim. The other aspect is the misery of the Africans in Mali, Niger, Darfur, Bangladesh and other poor countries need help too. If America pulls out its troops from occupied countries, it will save one billion dollars a week and free up over 200,000 troops and mercenaries, hundreds of helicopters, humvees, trucks, etc. to help and rebuild New Orleans and other towns hit by Katrina, millions of homeless Americans and much more. Please forward our follow up comments and this one also to all those organizations not raising funds for those who are being ignored by the world-Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Kashmir, Sudan. Somalia, Chechniya, Bangladesh, Gujrat etc..

For Katrina disaster, the Congress has granted 10.5 billion dollars and the President has already signed the bill. A few hundred thousand dollars from the American Muslims will not do much for Katrina victims but will do a lot for the Iraqis, Afghanis, and Africans. What are our priorities? Are we trying to help the needy and please Allah(We have doubts about that) or trying to please the American government and other Americans? Let us be realistic.
