As the events on the War on Terrorism unfold, we see the behavior of so-called Muslim organizations and their spiritually impotent and politically retarded "leadership" come to life.

These Muslim organizations, who never respond nor issue a fatwa and demand an apology when Muslims are being butchered by the Crusaders & Zionists, respond in a lightning fast manner and condemn terrorist acts when their masters at the White House tell them to. Without verifying for themselves if Muslims were really behind 7/7, they take the word of the kuffar without any sort of questioning or any investigation. We tell those ignorant Muslim organizations who take the words of a Kafir: Didn’t Allah s.w.t. tells you to verify news that comes from the mouth of the kuffar? Wait let us guess; those Kuffar are your “monotheistic” brothers in faith so there is no need to question them.

One of the primary strategies in the Anglo American global war against Islam has been to attempt to hijack Islam to facilitate their global grab for resource and power. David E. Kaplan in his article ‘Hearts, Minds and Dollars’ in April this year wrote, ‘The White House has approved a classified new strategy, dubbed Muslim World Outreach, that for the first time states that the United States has a national security interest in influencing what happens within Islam. ... Among the tactics: working with militants at odds with al-Qaeda and waging secret campaigns to discredit the worst anti-American zealots. ...pouring money into neutralizing militant, anti-U.S. preachers and recruiters. “If you found out that Mullah Omar is on one street corner doing this, you set up Mullah Bradley on the other street corner to counter it,”’

So we ask those “liberal” Muslims and those who endorsed the fatwa from FCNA:

Did anyone of you bother to question, how a person who is carrying 10lbs of explosives on his back, can detonate themselves and rip a 50 ton train car and bus wide open like a can, but yet there is enough of that person remaining that the police can find a credit card or a piece of one to identify the perpetrator(s) but yet, they are still unable to identify all the victims?

Did any of you realize that the British version of the Patriot Act had no impact until the London Bombings? And now we see all the British political parties come together as one and as one politician who was quoted in the NY Times as saying: "No one wants to appear soft in the face of terrorism". Did any of these "Islamic" organizations bother to think that the second incidents of the London bombings were conveniently occurring while the Congress was debating the permanency of the Patriot Act? And guess what… it all came in accordance with their plan.

This “fatwa” is rejected for three reasons:

1) This fatwa is incomprehensive.
2) The members of the “Fatwa Council” are incompetent to make any fatwa.
3) They were not appointed by the Muslims whatsoever.

1) The fatwa is not covering the whole issue in a comprehensive manner. For any fatwa to be issued, it has to cover everything related to that issue such as Palestine, Chechnya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Sudan, or occupation of Muslim land and installation of puppet regimes in Muslim lands. None are mentioned in this pathetic fatwa.

2) These so-called fatwa-givers are no faqih. They are incompetent in Islamic jurisprudence because they are not jurists.

3) The only person that can represent the Muslims is the Khaleefah or his delegates.

These are the three reasons why the fatwa is rejected. By us rejecting this fatwa does not necessarily mean that we support the killing of innocent men, women, & children. We reject the fatwa due to the time it was released and the ineligible fatwa givers.

As for the batil “fatwa” made by the F.C.N.A. we would like to address them directly:
Oh you scholars for dollar$ who are at the doorsteps of the White House:
Why is it so that you hurry to make a fatwa condemning these attacks, YET you have never stood up to condemn the atrocities committed by the Crusaders in Iraq in such a public manner?"

• Why is it so that you hurry to make a fatwa condemning “terrorism” YET you never stood up in such a manner when your own Muslims are being butchered in Palestine even till this day? Why are you so silent on these issues?
• Why is it so that you see this moment & time to make your batil org. shine in the public yet, not a single fatwa or a word came out regarding the Russian invaders of Muslim Chechnya and their horrific crimes against humanity.
• For all the time you’ve been so silent on the atrocities against Islam & Muslims, showed your consent to it. You stood silent while the massacres in Afghanistan took place. You still stay silent when Iraq is being invaded by the Crusaders. Your silence to the Ummah means that you accept the occupation of Iraq by the Crusaders. You still stay silent when you brothers in Palestine call for your help.

We swear by Allah, that we are free from your sayings, actions, & consent and you are free from ours.

To us Muslims of ahl us Sunnah, this shows us one thing and one thing only, your walaa’ has gone to the kuffar for you bark when they tell you to bark. When your Muslims brothers need you, you stay silent. For this is the staunch reality.

So we Muslims who have made it crystal clear on your stances on issues, say to the Muslim Ummah to stay away from learning or taking any matters of ruling, fiqh, ’aqeedah issues from the Fiqh Council of North America. They do nothing but conjecture.
