Fiqh Council of North America and their Batil Fatwas

This individual is a member of the Fiqh Council of North America. The FCNA is a batil fatwa committie formed of members who are unqualified to be a "Faqih" or Jurist. Just because some have Phd. and masters in Islamic studies, does not make them a faqih much less forming a committe of fatwa givers. Never in the history of Islam did such a committee exist which is based on a fringe understanding of Islam as this commitee has. If one were to observe the issues their fatwas address, one can see their apologetic responses to the masters of the West without being Islamically critical. These fatwas are to make Muslims submissive and coerce them to stop the global support for Islamic Revival. These two reasons(unqalified and moderate agenda) are sufficient which makes them an invalid Islamic fatwa committiee hence it should be ignored by the Muslim communities of North America when a fatwa is issed by them.
