Memorising the Quran is a great virtuous deed. It will intercede for the one who memorises it and will also act as prevention for one to enter Hell-Fire. According to ahadith, it is also narrated that Allah will never put a person in Hell-Fire who has any part of the Quran in his heart.

The 'Golden Age', as described by the classical scholars is between the ages 5 to 23 years. Definitely the golden age is the best time to memorise the Quran as it is the peak of a person's memory. This age factor is a great bonus and aid for those wishing to memorise the Quran and should be utilised by the person immediately.

Concerning the words of Allah:

1) وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْض خليفة َ


And [remember] when your Rabb said to the angels: "Verily, I will place in the Earth a Khaleefah..."

[al-Baqarah : 30]

Abdullah Yoosuf Ali in his well-known commentary, translated the word 'khaleefah' as 'vicegerent', while Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall, in his translation, rendered it as 'viceroy.' However, when we examine the books of tafseer, we find that Ibn Katheer says, "Verily, I will place in the earth a Khaleefah." That is, generation succeeding generation, as in the words of Allah:

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلاَئِفَ الأَرْ

It is He Who has made you Khalaa'if on the earth

[al-'Anaam : 165]

We deeply regret to add this hypocrite earlier to the Scholars of Batil Section. But now it's time to expose this mouthpiece for the F.B.I. since he has taken it publicly to attack true and sincere Islamic Revivalist who have Islam on their agenda.

He is well-known for his first task of being the ameer of Indonesian Muslim Community Center in Astoria. But little was known of how Islamic he kept that community. Under his amara, the youths were given access to guitars and drums to play in the basment of the masjid. While one would pray salaat, he/she can hear music being played. This is violating the sanctity of the masjid. This was witnessed not by one but many of the I.T.S. members. The I.T.S. members appraoched the guardian and asked as to why this was going on. Why are the youths allowed to play haraam musical instruments in the masjid. The guardian responded that "Since the youth stay outside and do haraam activities anyway, why not let them inside the masjid and do it, so at least keep them close to the masjid." For such actions like this, we hold Shamsi Ali responsible for corrupting the Muslim Youths mentality.

If that's not far fetched, then what about the free-mixing environment of the Indonesian masjid itself? While the I.T.S. brothers were praying salaat ul-Eid couple of years ago, they were invited to eat some food with the community. After the salaat, when they went to meet with the community and eat, to their surprise they were shocked to see so many Muslims, young and old who did not even pray the salaat ul-Eid, who were sitting downstairs and free-mixing with the oppssite genders as if it were some sort of club. Then came the cheek kisses that they traded with the non-mahram opposite gender. This was really shocking to see such events taking place within a Muslim community. It makes one wonder, where is the sharee'ah implemented in the house of Allah. Where is commanding the good, and forbidding the evil? Under Shamsi Ali's amaraship all these behaviors were allowed to go on. WHY? Because Shamsi Ali is a moderate Uncle Sam Muslim who wants the Muslim community to imitate the west. To further provide evidenes of his reluctance to implement basic sharee'ah rules inside the masjid, one would need to go to JMC Muslim Center and see how the Muslim community reacted when they found out Shamsi Ali's view of free-mixing. The community was about to split apart when they saw the true face of Shamsi Ali because Shamsi Ali does not practice the hukm on free-mixing in the masjid vicinity.

Shamsi Ali is a F.B.I. mouthpiece who enjoy the company of the kuffar and take them as awliyah.

"O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists,
etc.) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come
to you of the truth..."( 60:1)

He is a hafiz of Qur'an who knows not of what the verses mean. He wants to make the Muslim Community head towards the "American Dream", while the true Muslims want Islam.

"Lo! You are the ones who love them but they love you not, and you believe in all the Scriptures [i.e. you believe in the Taurāt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), while they disbelieve in your Book, the Qur'ān]. And when they meet you, they say, "We believe". But when they are alone, they bite the tips of their fingers at you in rage. Say: "Perish in your rage. Certainly, Allāh knows what is in the breasts (all the secrets)." (Aali Imran 3:119)

He is the main "muslim" adovcate of interfaith dialogue which islam prohibits since there is no other Deen that is accepted by Allah other than Islam.

"And whoever seeks a religion other than Islām, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. "(3:85)

Imam Shamsi ali is leading the Muslm community towards destruction by advocating tolerance towards the evil actions of the kuffar instead of teaching the fundamentals of commanding the good and forbidding the evil.

The Mug Shot That Spoke His Legacy

We go back in history to 1862 where a young boy of a poor household was born in a town controlled by the Uthmany Khilafa. This young man was brought under the care and tutelage of one of the Shuyookh in his home town when he was at the ripe age of 16 after the death of his father.
He eventually developed a lifestyle of not sleeping more than 3 hours every night in order to get up to pray to Allah at the last third of the night and recite Qur'an until fajr. He memorized the Qur'an (as all knowledgeable people begin their lives) eventually, and was known to have finished his revisions in its entirety every seven days, regardless of the sufferings he encountered in his life.

We the Islamic Thinkers Society would like to publicly declare that although we feel concern for our brothers in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom or for that matter any where in the world, that have been arrested on the charges of terrorism, we have no type of link or association with them what so ever. We deplore the killings of innocent people by an individual, a group or a state and firmly believe that our struggle as Muslims living in North America is AN INTELLECTUAL and POLITICAL ONE. We would like to further stress that we, The Islamic Thinkers Society, have absolutely no connection with any other group be it here in the United States or the rest of world. There are many atrocities occurring in the world today and we feel that we should bring them to the public attention enabling them to form a more balanced unbiased views thus enhancing their current knowledge of world affairs. We encourage Muslims to study and learn more about Islam and non Muslims to study Islam as a way of life. We do not believe that violence is a method that should be used rather we adopt AN INTELLECTUAL and A POLITICAL (invite society to Islam, Command good and Forbid evil-verbally, distributing flyers, magazine, open public debates, seminars) methodology in order to establish Islam as a way of life(i.e Khilafah).

I feel very uncomfortable about the pop culture which is growing around some so-called Nasheed artists. Of course I use the term 'Nasheed artists' very lightly. Islamic 'boy bands' and Muslim 'popsters' would probably be more appropriate.

Eminent scholars throughout history have often opined that music is haram, and I don't recall reading anything about the Sahaba whooping it up to the sound of music. Don't get me wrong. I'm all for people letting off steam, but in a dignified manner and one which is appropriate to their surroundings.

It seems another yellow journal article will be published about us on a well-known newspaper. This article as we've heard will be based on an interview given by someone calling his/herself "Pro-Conservative Lesbian". We refer to him/her as the "Drunken She-Male".  He/She goes by the name "Kristine Withers". There were numerous confrontation with this individual at our da'wah stalls in Jackson Heights which eventually lead to his/her arrest every single time. To date, this drunken maniac has been arrested a total of four times by the local police department for physical violence, indecent behavior, and racial/religious slurs(all of which were caught on tape). This drunken maniac is well-known in the Jackson Heights community for his/her hatred that manifests into physical violence. It makes us wonder as to why such newspapers would bother to make an article on us based on accounts from this individual who always comes drunk and causes disruption for the neighborhood. An article such as this shouldn't be on any newspapers but rather on tabloids. So we tell all sincere Muslims and those who see that this is a war on Islam, to please ignore this tabloid as it is baseless coming from the mouth of a drunken "Lesbian Conservative" who hates Islam and Muslims.
